Hello. I am a coffee roaster and coffee sensory educator living in Ontario, Canada. But before that, I am a mother—a parent who shares the exact same breathless, beautifully chaotic daily life that you do.
Every morning is a rush to get the children ready and out the door. By the time the house finally gets quiet, it often feels like all my energy is completely gone. In those short, crazy morning moments, what we really need as parents isn't just any drink. We need a single, deeply satisfying cup of coffee—just for ourselves.
That is why I stand in front of my roaster. I closely study the roasting graphs and obsess over green beans to eliminate bitterness, focusing instead on maximizing rich sweetness and well balance.
I designed this coffee with a mother’s careful eye and a professional's skill. I don't want it to be just a daily caffeine fix. I want it to be a bright source of positive energy and a warm, gentle hug that reminds you that you are doing a wonderful job.
